Hello!

I'm Laurie Hamen Wagner. (Yes, everything after Laurie is my last name.) I was born and raised in Luxembourg, studied film at the Merz Akademie in Stuttgart, and now live in Berlin. I work in my workshop in Kreuzberg as a model maker and prop builder.

I move somewhere between moving images and handmade objects – I create miniatures, sets, and quirky props for film, theater, and other creative projects. also have experience in taxidermy and create animal illustrations. Working with my hands is something I truly love. That’s why I also completed a woodworking machinery course (TSM 1) to refine my craft.

My goal? To create things that tell a story – whether through an object, a model, an illustration, or an entire scene.
